GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
Plans: Structurally preparted plans for your loft conversion, showing room layout, stairwell and all calculations will be submitted to local authority for approval and will comprise basically of:
A New Suspended Floor: Floor joists suspended off either steel or timber beams, supported off all load bearing walls, covered in flooring grade tongue and grooved shipboard.
A New Dormer: This will be tiled to match in colour your existing roof and will be maintenance free (i.e. UPVC windows and fascias), unless stated otherwise.
Insulation: To comply with Building Regulations. All external walls and ceilings shall be insulated.
Stairs: Every new staircase is individually made to suit your property (while complying to Building Regulations) and to match your existing as near as possible.
Internal Finishing: Skirting and architrave will match your existing as near as possible, or any design your choose.
